Wray's Wholesale and Island Market Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wray's Wholesale and Island Market! We are committed to delivering your favorite Jamaican snacks, spices, beverages, and groceries right to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping methods, processing times, and delivery options.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for select locations. Rates will vary.

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and your location.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts), applicable within the continental U.S.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your products within the specified timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues). We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by these external factors. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wray's Wholesale and Island Market is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to reship the order until the original package is returned to us.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
